We are a Manufacturer of Spiral Flute Taps in India which is primarily used for threading blind holes. The taps are designed to productively draw chips up and out of the hole and toward the shank when tapping blind holes, deep holes, and keyway holes. It has a flute that wraps around the tap axis in a spiral or a helical configuration. The spiral Flute Taps evacuates the chips out of the hole cleanly to make sure that no chips remain in the hole. Spiral Flute Taps are made of High-Speed Steel with Ground Threads. It is suitable for tapping on materials such as Carbon Steel, Alloy Steels and non -ferrous materials. The longer Chamfer for taps distributes cutting over a greater number of teeth. It is recommended not to use taps for tapping Material over 32 HRC. The Taps made by us are exported to the various countries worldwide.
